The MBA essentials programme is a 5-day programme designed to deliver an MBA style curriculum to parents. The essence of the programme is to teach MBA modules to parents with four learning goals:

  • To encourage parents to pursue entrepreneurial ventures
  • To further develop the financial acumen of parents
  • To allow for parents to connect with their respective families on business topics
  • To expand the horizons of parents beyond the geographical boundaries of Dubai

The MBA essentials programme is the creation of its founding teacher, Navin Valrani, Arcadia Education’s award-winning CEO, who was not only educated in the finest business schools in the world but who has also successfully led a number of companies across a variety of industries.

The programme is considered essential for parents as it provides them not only with greater financial literacy skills but also the basic tools of entrepreneurship.. Due to the discussion-based nature of the class, the programme gives parents the ability to think critically and encourages collaboration.

COURSE STRUCTURE & ELIGIBILITY

The course is taught in a discussion-based format by the class teacher and supported by Mr. Valrani. In every lesson, parents spend the first half discussing theory and the last of the lesson on real world applications.

The programme is taught over five days with each session spanning two hours.
