It is important to dream. The teaching community at Arcadia dreamt of creating a curriculum that would impact students in ways the world had never seen before. This led to the suite of Arcadia’s Junior MBA programmes, whose purpose is to instil a bold, innovative and intellectual spirit in every student. The Junior MBA programme suite is taught exclusively at Arcadia Schools and has proven to be hugely popular among students.
The Junior MBA curriculum is based on a research-backed approach to entrepreneurship education. The programme focuses on developing entrepreneurial competencies in students, including developing and implementing their ideas for entrepreneurial challenges and promoting a culture of independence, open-mindedness, empathy and sustainability. The programmes plant the early seeds of entrepreneurship in the minds of young students and teach them how businesses can positively impact society.
Students graduating from Junior MBA programmes discover a sense of self-confidence and ambition to positively impact the world while furthering their academic aspirations. They never stop believing in themselves and the impact their ideas can have on society. They never stop dreaming.
