Every year, all students in the Junior MBA programme take part in a business plan competition, pitching to investors and senior leaders in a venture capital incubator-style environment. Creating their own business plans inspires students creative and critical thinking while encouraging them to build an entrepreneurial mindset.

It is every parents dream to see your child succeed in studies; and beyond that we seek for kids to have a real life experience and utilize their skills to progress in life through entrepreneurship and innovation. Junior MBA is a unique program that encourages creativity and builds enthusiasm. My daughter has been involved for the past 2 years with the program: it developed her critical thinking, her understanding of the marketing and business principles and encouraged her to present in a committee. This built up both her public speaking skills and confidence; and also made her really pay attention to all real life concepts. She is constantly seeking the niche for new products and services for her generation. This program should be taught across all schools.
I love that the children get an insight into business at such a young age, this was one of the reasons that we chose Arcadia. My daughter particularly loves the annual Junior MBA competition and coming up with business ideas and plans of her own. It is amazing seeing her progressing every year. The idea of becoming a successful entrepreneur has been firmly planted in her mind.

We can see that under your leadership and the great work of all the teachers and staff, Arcadia has become a real leading edge educational school and we are very grateful for that.
The Junior MBA program at Arcadia is an amazing and unique concept to teach the children about the basics of business very early in life. The course gives them an awareness on what to keep in mind when thinking of a business and its operations. The business plan competition is a great way to help children apply the concepts that they learn in class. Arcadia’s leadership team should be really proud that some other schools in Dubai are already thinking of introducing similar courses in their curriculum too.
Thank you for sending us the periodic updates. Just wanted to let you know that Lisa looks forward to the weekly junior MBA classes. She has been able to use the points of your engaging lessons for her school work as well. Her confidence and outlook towards the way she does her homework and research has also changed. As a parent it’s really amazing to see how a child can change in a very short span of time. I believe this is a strong teacher skill and we appreciate every effort made and the classes taken.
Jacob loves taking part in the Jr. MBA programme. It is a great way for him and the other young students to use their creative imaginations whilst developing entrepreneurial skills early.
I’m glad to see a lot of positivity returning to Kanav after he joined Jr MBA classes. He was a bit depressed doing schooling from home as I was nervous about sending him to his school but knowing how carefully you have planned safety protocols in Neoversity and Arcadia, I had no such doubt in sending him here. I was sure that I made the right decision when he told me right after his first session with you ” I wish I could come here every day”. The content is great but more than the content it is the style the games, the videos and the superb storytelling from you that makes these classes so much more fun and enriching. The students are privileged to have a teacher like you. Thank you.
The Jr. MBA programme is a great idea, not just conceptually but also in its execution. It broadens the students’s horizons and develops them in ways not necessarily possible through their academic learning. The concepts, although typically for adults, are introduced to them in a manner that they can relate to. This course definitely gives them an advantage and helps prepare them for their future endeavours. I am really happy with it and I can see that my daughter, Nadia, is really benefiting from it.
Arwa was busy doing crafts after school and came up with her own currency! AC stands for Arwa Coins and AD for Arwa Dirhams. I don’t know exactly what her next steps were, but I figured it had something to do with trading the money with others at school. Each week when I read your updates, I feel like I need to join these classes. Thank you for this great opportunity!
The Junior MBA is an innovative course that provides the opportunity for young students to learn ‘how to think and not what to think’. It has been delightful to see my students actively engaged in their learning whilst developing their academic, social and emotional skills.
