Miss Kilcran is delighted to be joining the Arcadia community this year. Originally from the North-East of England, Miss Kilcran graduated from the University of Leicester with a BA (Hons) degree in History, followed by a PGCE in Primary Education from St Mary’s University, Twickenham. She has experience teaching across the breadth of KS1 and KS2. For the last three years, Miss Kilcran has taught at a primary school in Teesside, where she experienced a middle leadership position as a subject leader. She believes in fostering a positive learning community where pupils are actively engaged, confident and supportive of their peers. Miss Kilcran enjoys building positive relationships with children and parents to best support all children in becoming lifelong independent learners and achieving their best.
