Natalie has a passion for providing all children with a transformative education that equips them with essential life skills. She earned her First Class honors BA(Hons) Primary Education with QTS in the UK, followed by a MA Education specialising in teaching children who speak English as an additional language, from the University of Sunderland. Natalie’s teaching journey has taken her from Oregon, USA, to a multicultural school in the North-East of England, where she taught students from over 40 different nationalities and took on the leadership role of Science Curriculum Coordinator.
Beyond the classroom, Natalie has spent time volunteering and teaching children and staff in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, further enriching her perspective on inclusive and collaborative teaching practices. Her experiences have reinforced her dedication to global education initiatives and the belief that quality education can empower communities worldwide.
With extensive experience as a Primary teacher, Natalie is deeply committed to the belief that education shapes the future of every individual. Her expertise lies in designing and implementing tailored educational approaches that embrace diversity, ensuring academic, emotional, and social success for all students. Natalie cultivates a culture of collaboration and excellence, where every student has the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
Outside of education, Natalie enjoys hobbies such as cycling, nutrition, hiking, yoga and travelling with her husband and 13 year old son.
